Where we come in

Any stage. The approach does not change.

Some owners bring us a site and an idea. Some bring a permitted set and a lender's deadline. Both are normal, and you are not behind either way.

What stays the same is how we work: say what we are going to do, do it, and raise our hand early when something needs a decision from you.

Decide what it costs before it costs anything

Preconstruction

Most projects that go wrong go wrong here, before a single trade shows up. A budget built on optimism, a scope that has not been reconciled against the drawings, a schedule that assumed the utility work would take three weeks instead of nine.

Preconstruction is where we take those unknowns off the table. We price the real scope, test whether the project pencils on the site you have, and find the places where a different detail buys the same result for less.

What we do

  • Budget development from real subcontractor pricing, not square-foot averages
  • Feasibility and scope alignment against the drawings you actually have
  • Value engineering — where a change in method or material protects the design intent and the number
  • Schedule development and early trade coordination, including long-lead items

What you getA budget you can take to a lender or a partner, a schedule with the long poles identified, and an honest read on whether the project works.

One person who knows the whole picture

Project Management

A project has an owner, a designer, a lender, an inspector, and fifteen to forty subcontractors, and every one of them holds a piece of the schedule. Project management is the work of keeping those pieces pointed the same direction.

The practical version: you get one point of contact who knows the status of everything, and who comes to you with a problem and two options rather than an update that a decision was already made.

What we do

  • Stakeholder coordination across owner, design team, subs, and inspectors
  • Schedule and budget oversight, tracked against the preconstruction baseline
  • Issue resolution and decision support — with the cost and schedule impact attached
  • Ongoing communication at whatever cadence you want it

What you getKnowing where the project stands without having to chase anyone for it, and hearing about problems while there is still time to decide.

Daily supervision, by people who have built it before

Construction Management

This is the part people picture when they think about a general contractor, and it is the part that decides whether the finished building matches the one that was drawn.

We are on site. Subs get coordinated so they are not tripping over each other, work gets inspected as it goes rather than at the end, and the schedule holds because someone is actively making it hold.

What we do

  • Subcontractor coordination and sequencing on site
  • Daily site supervision and safety oversight
  • Quality control inspected in progress, not discovered at punch
  • Schedule execution against the plan, with early warning when it slips

What you getA building constructed the way it was drawn, on a schedule you were told about in advance, and a punch list that is short because the work was checked as it went.

Common questions

Before you call.

Anything not answered here, ask us directly — (801) 900-6145.

Where do you build?

Just about anywhere in Utah. Completed projects run from the Wasatch Front to the Uinta Basin, including Layton, Ogden, Roy, Kaysville, Lehi, Murray, Salt Lake City, and Vernal.

How big a project do you take on?

The portfolio runs from a single custom home to a 70-unit townhome community with a full amenity package. Both ends of that range are normal work for us.

Can you help before we have drawings?

Yes, and that is usually the best time to bring us in. Preconstruction exists for exactly this: pricing the concept, testing feasibility on your site, and finding the problems while they are still cheap to solve on paper.

Do you do remodels, or only new construction?

Both. Renovations, additions, and tenant improvements are a standing line of work, including in occupied buildings — we have remodeled a unit inside a downtown high-rise and the dining facility of a care home that never stopped serving meals.

Are you licensed?

Yes — Utah DOPL contractor license 11797266-5501. The number is in the footer of every page and you can verify it yourself at secure.utah.gov/llv/search.

What if the project is not a fit?

We will tell you honestly at the first meeting, and where we can, point you toward the right fit. A clear answer in week one is worth more to you than a maybe that drags on for a month.
