Spring Creek is the largest community in our portfolio: seventy townhome units in Vernal, built as a complete neighborhood rather than a block of buildings.
The site plan was the whole exercise. Seventy units on one parcel can easily read as density; here the streets, setbacks, and green space were laid out so that it reads as a place people live. Consistent architecture across every building ties the community together without making it monotonous.
The amenity package is what sets it apart in this market — a clubhouse, swim spa, fitness space, children’s playground, and outdoor recreation areas, all delivered as part of the same build.
