A 7,300 SF custom home on a Kaysville bench lot, built so that the inside and the outside are the same project.

The rear of the house opens onto a pool, a sports court, and lawn that were graded, poured, and planted as part of the build — not added afterward. Getting that right means settling the site plan early, because once the house is framed the window for heavy equipment in the back yard has closed.

Inside, the finish work carries through: a full-height great room built around its windows, custom cabinetry and millwork, and a lower level finished out to a home theater.
