Infill work is a different problem from building on open ground. Easy Street sits inside an established Ogden neighborhood, which meant the site layout had to make efficient use of the parcel without the new buildings reading as an intrusion on the street they joined.
Coordinated architecture across all twenty units, open green space held back from the buildable area, and a straightforward circulation plan let the community feel like part of the neighborhood rather than a development dropped into it.
