Cottages at Church

Fourteen homes, one street, and a decision made at the start: build every one of them the way we build a custom home.

That is the harder version of a community project. Repeatable quality across fourteen lots takes more coordination than a single custom residence, not less — the same elevated finishes and luxury materials, held to the same standard, house after house, without the schedule slipping.

The result is a cohesive neighborhood where the homes clearly belong together but none of them feels like a copy of the one next door.
