High-rise remodels come with constraints a ground-level job never has: freight elevator windows, building management schedules, neighbors on every side, and no place to stage material.
Inside the unit, the work updated living areas, kitchen finishes, flooring, lighting, and detail work — a cleaner, more functional interior that makes proper use of the downtown views the unit was bought for.
